David Lee Anderson

Mr. David Lee Anderson, age 85 of Wilkesboro passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist-Wilkes Medical Center. 

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Michael Church officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Wednesday evening at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park. 

Mr. Anderson was born May 23, 1935 in Wilkes County to John and Johnsie Miller Anderson.  

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife; Ruth Davis Anderson, a grandson; Johnathan O’Neal, a sister and two brothers.  

He is survived by a step-son; Charles Cecil O’Neal and wife Darlene of Millers Creek, a granddaughter; Afton Belanger and husband Christopher of Colorado Springs, CO, three great grandchildren; Ava Belanger, Tez O’Neal and Braxton Bennett.
