Daniel Shepherd Obituary
Mr. Daniel Jason Shepherd, age 37 of Millers Creek, died on February 19, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Health – Wilkes Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Shepherd Family Cemetery, 795 Green Acres Road, Millers Creek, with Pastor Denny Roten officiating. The public may view at the grave site from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service.
Mr. Shepherd was born May 13, 1983 in Wilkes County to Clinton Shepherd and Rosie Lee Wayne Shepherd. He was a carpenter and metal fabricator and liked to weld and tinker. He enjoyed painting portraits and was a good artist.
He was preceded in death by four grandparents, one aunt, and four uncles.
He is survived by his son, Daniel Jason Shepherd II of Ferguson; his parents, Clinton and Rosie Shepherd of Millers Creek; two brothers, Gregory Allan Shepherd of McGrady and Christopher Earl Shepherd of Millers Creek; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
