Clyde Henry Hartley

Mr. Clyde Henry Hartley, age of 70 of Spanishburg, WV fought a valiant battle with health issues since December 21, 2021. He has fought the good fight, and he met his healer face-to-face on April 7, 2022.

Funeral services will be held 4:30 PM Sunday April 10, 2022 at Beaver Creek Advent Christian Church with Pastor Gordon A. Noble and Pastor David Blythe officiating. Burial will be in the Hartley Family Cemetery in Ferguson.

Clyde was born August 4, 1951 in Caldwell County to Louis and Hazel Triplett Hartley.

Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; one son Daniel Stewart Milam; one sister, Lucille Hartley; one son in law, Marvin Dean Mills.

He is survived by his wife of the home Cathy Hartley; three daughters Tammy Fredrickson and husband Jeff of Kingsport, TN; Cynthia Milam Mills of Kegley, WV, Olivia Catherine Hall and husband Coy of Barboursville WV; one son Tim Hartley and wife Autumn of Wilkesboro; one sister Gail Ferguson and husband Larry of Stokesdale; one brother; Harold Hartley and wife Shirley of Ferguson, NC; grandchildren; Ethan Montgomery, Katelyn Grace Fredrickson; Beau Hartley Maria Hartley, Tori Hartley, Amelia Mills, Allison Mills, Aaron Mills, Annie Mills and several nieces, nephews and cousins and a dear friend and neighbor Georgia Lou Shrewsbury.
