Mr. Clinton “Dan” Lambert, age 68, of Millers Creek, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist-Wilkes Medical Center. 

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Millers Creek with Rev. Keith Lyon officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM prior to the service at the church. 

Dan was born September 12, 1956, in Wilkes County to Bobby Clinton and Nancy Jeanette Crane Lambert. Dan was a hard-working man his entire life. He loved working at the sawmill and farming. He loved spending time working with Cory at the garage and spending time with his grandkids. He always helped anyone in need and never complained. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by his wife; Sandra York Lambert of the home, three sons; Scotty and Christy Lambert of North Wilkesboro, Jamey and Allison Lambert of Millers Creek, Cory Lambert and Kaitlyn Hickman of Millers Creek, seven grandchildren; Trey, Kole, Seth, Jake, Gracie, Daniel, Jenna,  two sisters; Ann and David Glass  of Mulberry, Pam and Larry Miller of Millers Creek, two brothers;  Lyn and Debbie Lambert of North Wilkesboro, Kenny and Ivory Lambert of Purlear. 

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, P. O. Box 528, Millers Creek, NC 28651.
