Mr. Clifford Cox Richardson, age 84 of Wilkesboro, passed away Friday, April 19, 2024, at his home. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 22, 2024, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Pastor Arvil Perry and Pastor David Wellborn.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant. Entombment will be in Scenic Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.  

He was born April 23, 1939, in Ashe County to Paul and Georgia Roten Richardson. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Mozell Morgan, and Maxine Campbell; and one brother, Johnny Richardson.

He is survived by his wife, Lynette Church Richardson of the home; four children, Derek Hart and wife Christie of North Wilkesboro, Teresa Jones and husband Scott of Winston-Salem, Todd Richardson and wife Cathy of Wilkesboro and Tracy Richardson and wife Jill of Charlotte; nine grandchildren, Caley Hart, Camden Hart, Mackenzie Hansen, Taylor Jones, J.T. Richardson, Michael Richardson, Emily Richardson, Kara Lofton, and Danielle Evans; three great grandchildren; five sisters, Mildred Laws of Wilkesboro, Margie Jones and husband Ken of Lincoln, Myrtle Rapp and husband John of Greensboro, Minnie Wilcox and husband Jim of Wilkesboro and Faye Parsons and husband Dale of Millers Creek; three brothers, Joe Richardson and wife Brenda of North Wilkesboro, Jim Richardson of Wilkesboro and Jerry Richardson and wife Robin of Pittsboro.
