Mrs. Claudette Pearson Eller, age 82 of Boomer, widow of Reece Howard Eller, died on Friday, February 19, 2021 at her home.
Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Sharon Walker Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Wiles and Mr. Burl Ritch officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 PM at the church with the graveside to follow.
Mrs. Eller was born May 25, 1938 in Wilkes County to George Washington Pearson and Pansy Elizabeth Holder. She was married to the late Reece Howard Eller. She worked in the Wilkes County School System for 30 plus years where she was loved by many. She loved working outside and in her flowers. She was a lifetime member of Sharon Walker Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Raymond E. Earp; one great-granddaughter, Rebekah; one great-great-granddaughter, Aliviah; one sister, Nolene Holder; and seven brothers, Dewitt Pearson, Bill Pearson, Darrel Pearson, Ron Pearson, JC Pearson, Roylee Pearson, and Joe Pearson.
She is survived by one son, Stancliff Earp and wife, Shelia, of Ronda; four grandchildren, Shana Pearson and husband, Chucky, of Moravian Falls, Kristy Walker and husband, Jonath, of Boomer, Heather Earp of Ronda, and Dustin Earp and wife, Amber, of Burnsville; seven great-grandchildren, Austin, Kristalyn, Elijah, Justin, Maddy, Autumn, and Austin; three sisters, Mae Hartley of Boomer, Ollie Cardwell of Lenoir, and Ruth Triplett and husband, Gumbo, of Boomer; and one brother, Jim Pearson and wife, Tammy, of Boomer.
