Carolyn Ann (Greene) Greene

Mrs. Carolyn Ann Greene, age 73 of North Wilkesboro passed away January 26, 2023, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist-Wilkes Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 29, 2023, at Mtn. View Baptist Church (Deep Gap) with Rev. Sherrill Wellborn, Pastor Mike Barfoot and Pastor Mark Hall officiating. The family will receive from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday evening at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She was born October 20, 1949, in Wilkes County to Chilo Jefferson and Linday Faye Greene.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Rondie Kenneth Greene; one grandson; Austin Wingler; sisters; Marie Parker, Geneva Cole, Hattie Watts, Daisy Watts and Virginia Miller; one brother; C.J. Greene.

She is survived by three daughters; Ginger Greene of North Wilkesboro, Kathy Greene Huffman and husband Tim of Millers Creek, Vickie Greene of Purlear; grandchildren; Dustin Wingler, Chase Greene, Luke Huffman, Jackson Triplett, Angela Anderson and Wesley Huffman; great-grandchildren; Hunter Huffman, Emma Wingler, Haiden Wingler, Alex Wingler, Ashlund Wingler, Bella Wingler and Harlow Huffman ; sisters; Joyce Anderson, Kathy Triplett and husband Wayne and Audrey Greene and husband William; Special friends, Gaynell Hawkins, Penny Pierce and Patsy Bowlin.
