Mrs. Beverly “Becky” Barker Richardson, age 64 of Boomer, passed away Monday, July 12, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Health-Wilkes Medical Center.

A private celebration of life service will be held at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Joseph Biddix officiating.

Beverly was born October 29, 1956 in Surry County to Noah Clete and Essie Lee Stanley Barker. She worked at First Union Bank and retired from the Department of Transportation.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Noah Eugene Barker.

Beverly is survived by one daughter, April Biddix and husband, Joey of Boomer; and two grandchildren, Keaton Wagoner and Trevor Biddix.
