Betty Lane Perry

Mrs. Betty Mae Lane Perry, age 76 of Millers Creek passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at her home. 

Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Brady Hayworth officiating.  Burial will be in the Royal Family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Saturday evening at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home. 

Betty was born May 6, 1948, in Wilkes County to Sanford and Elvia Royal Lane. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Johnthan “Bud” Bobby Perry, four sisters; Rosalee Sutton, Wilma Jean Pack, Linda Sue Bullis, infant sister, Jennie Lane, six brothers; Bud Lane, Charlie Lane, Pete Lane, Bob Royal, Robert Lane and Johnny Lane. 

She is survived by a daughter; Wanda Perry, a son; Johnthan “Buddy” Perry, three grandchildren; Jonathan Perry and wife, Dasheria, Brent Perry and fiancé, Kelsey, Megan Absher and husband Jonathan and a brother; Larry Dean Lane.
