Beatrice Love Porter

On April 10, 2021 Beatrice Love Porter, age 81 of North Wilkesboro, went home to be with our Lord and Savior. Beatrice was born March 31, 1940 in Tennessee to Charlie Hooper and Maggie Snyder Love.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death two sons; Perry Clyde Porter and Jimmy Lee Porter, two granddaughters; Emily Jean Call and Britany Nicole Stanley.

Beatrice is survived by three daughters; Anna Jean Joines-Call of North Wilkesboro, Debra Mae Porter of Millers Creek, and Shirley Lynn Love of Millers Creek; one son; Ivan Dean Porter of Boone, one sister, Linda Kaye Rhodes of Wilkesboro; and two brothers, Carter and David Love of Wilkesboro. She leaves behind lots of loving grandchildren and great-great grandchildren that she enjoyed every moment with. She enjoyed being outside, and she enjoyed planting a garden and working with her flowers. She loved life and her God. Heaven received another Angel today.

Funeral services will be held 6:00 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Elledge officiating.  The public may view from 9:00 AM until 5 PM on Tuesday at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home prior to the service.
