Annie Lucille Mitchell Obituary
Mrs. Annie Lucille Johnson Mitchell, age 78 of Hays, passed away Monday, November 23 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, December 5 at Mountlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Julius Blevins and Rev. Steve Smith officiating. There will be a public viewing Friday, December 4, 2020 from 12:00 until 5:00PM at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mitchell was born July 23, 1942 in Wilkes County to Adam and Leora Key Johnson. She retired from the Wilkes County School System in the Learning Resource Center as an Administrative Assistant and later worked as an Assistant Media Center Specialist. She was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margie Jarvis.
She is survived by her husband; Buster Mitchell of the home, a daughter; Elissa Kleban and her husband Scott, and two beloved grandsons; Max and Zac Kleban.
