Obituary for Ana Virginia Davila Childress

Mrs. Ana Virginia Davila Childress better known as Annie, age 78 of North Wilkesboro passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Villages of Wilkes.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, May 28, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Donnie Shumate officiating. Burial will be in Middle Cross Baptist Church cemetery.
Mrs. Childress was born January 2, 1940 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Raymond Davila and Victoria Davila-Marin. She was retired from Modern Globe. Mrs. Childress was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son; Carl David Childress, Jr., a sister; Amelia Stephens and a brother; Raymond Davila.
Mrs. Childress is survived by her husband; Carl David Childress of the home, two sons; James Raymond Childress and wife Myrna of TX and Robert Keith Childress and wife April of North Wilkesboro and four grandchildren; Kristopher, Erik, Megan and Lauren. One great-grandson; Eli.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church Mission Fund or Good News Club 3656 Mountain View Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
