Mrs. Melena Foster Norman, age 55 of Lenoir passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital.

A private family service will be held.

Mrs. Norman was born April 3, 1964 in Wilkes County to Paul and Beatrice Hamby Foster. She was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death by her mother, a daughter; Kayla Johnson, sister; Darlene Woods and a brother; Donnie Hamby.

She is survived by her father; Paul Foster, one daughter; Samantha Billings and husband Jeremy of Wilkesboro, four grandchildren; Madison and Eli Billings and Braylen and Amiyah Johnson, one sister; Deborah Lowrance and husband Roger of Deep Gap, three brothers; John Hamby of Happy Valley, Denver Foster and wife Glenda and Rev. Terry Foster and wife Melissa all of Ferguson.
