Final Disposition Options
Numerous options exist for final disposition of cremated remains in the State of North Carolina. All options should be carefully considered before making a final decision.
The option of scattering cremated remains should be made very carefully. Many families would like to have a special place of remembrance as a tribute to their loved one, for family heritage and customs. Many people have a personal need for a place for closure and perhaps a marker or memorial. These decisions are important towards making a permanent decision.
